Classic Breakfast Omelette

Best choice for brunch on weekends, the French classic breakfast omelette. Lazy morning with a cup of coffee, and the good weekend time begins.

Ingredients

4 eggs
100g white mushrooms
75g shredded cheese
2 slices bacon
1 stick of butter
20ml whipping cream
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

Method

STEP 1

Chop white mushrooms and bacon.

STEP 2

Break the eggs, add pepper, salt and light cream, and mix well.

STEP 3

Add butter to the pan to melt, add white mushrooms and bacon and stir fry until the mushrooms become soft.

STEP 4

Add egg liquid, add cheese before the egg liquid has solidified.

STEP 5

After the egg is solidified, roll up the omelette.

STEP 6

Put it on the plate, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with salad and bread
