1-Year Limited Warranty

We are pleased to offer a 1-year warranty on any product purchased directly on this website from the date of your purchase, if it is found defective in material, construction, or workmanship under non-professional use.

How to exercise your rights?

Should your product require warranty service, please contact us
at service@cook-king.com and submit your proof of purchase along with photos of products. Our customer service will review your application. If approved, we will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. If the product is beyond repairing and not in stock, we will replace it with a product of equal or higher value for you.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover :
1. Damage due to failure to use products according to instructions. Please read the Use & Care instructions before your first use and clean.
2. Abuse, commercial or professional use
3. Normal wear and tear or other nonfunctional changes in the appearance of
product
4. Any glass or porcelain breakage in the product
5. Defect due to modifications
6. Damage caused by accident or catastrophe

Additional Legal Rights For Consumers

For consumers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their state, the benefits conferred by our limited warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to these additional rights.

14-Days Return

Cooker King is pleased to provide you with a wide range of cookware and accessories. We believe the quality and craftsmanship in each item will provide years of satisfaction. However, we offer full refund returns online for purchases within 14 days.


To return an item, please contact us at service@cook-king.com and provide the following information so that we can better facilitate your return request. Please allow 1-3 business days for the return to be processed.

  • Your full name and your order number
  • Name of item(s) to be returned and its respective quantity
  • Reasons for return

Returns will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender. For refund information, please refer to our refund policy.


The customer will bear the shipping cost of returning the item(s) and be responsible for the safety of the delivery. Our Customer Service team will inform you of the price to ship back your item when they process your request. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories.
